DIY Christmas gift ideas: Christmas Candy Bouquet
No present can ever top one that has been handmade for you by a person you love, so that is why you should start thinking about DIY Christmas gift ideas now. Do not worry if you are not normally the sort of person to get our the craft kit, because there are plenty of other ways that you can show just how much you care without getting yourself covered in glitter and glue.
A candy bar bouquet is sometimes considered rather strange, but of all the unusual Christmas gifts out there, one that is full of sugar is surely the best one that there is! See more homemade Christmas gift ideas, such as this adorable Chocolate Bouquet with Santa Claus.
DIY Christmas Gift Ideas - step 1. Prepare a themed container. In this example, it is a winter boot container. Insert a piece of floral foam or Styrofoam into the container so it fits firmly into it.
Christmas Candy Bouquet - step 2. Prepare candy pieces in blue, silver, and/or white wrappers. For instance, fun-size Baby Ruth, Crunch, or Almond Joy candy bars, full- size or miniature 3 Musketeers candy bars, etc.
Using a little bit of hot glue (a low-temperature glue gun), secure a bamboo skewer to the back of each candy bar. Instead of glue, you can use a clear packing tape to attach a bamboo skewer to the candy bar.
Homemade Christmas Gifts - step 3. In addition to candy bars, you can use other candy pieces.

Unusual Christmas Gifts - step 4. Take Christmas garland in blue, silver, and/or white color. Wrap garland pieces around bamboo skewers, securing them to skewers with a dab of hot glue in two places: right beneath the candy piece and at the bottom.
Candy Bar Bouquet - step 5. Arrange candy flowers in the container the way you desire. Don’t forget to put some candy flowers in the back of the centerpiece facing outward from the back of the bouquet so your Christmas gift looks good from all sides.
Christmas DIY Gifts - step 6. You can add some additional decorative elements, such as pieces of curling ribbon, a bow, a balloon, etc.

You can use a Christmas mug and candy pieces that go well with the colors of the mug.
