Unique Valentine Craft Ideas -
Valentine Candy Hearts

Need some unique Valentine craft ideas? Consider making tasty Valentine candy hearts. They will make your sweetheart smile. This is an easy Valentine craft project. It takes about 25-30 minutes to complete. You can make it with your kids, just help them make the circle out of wire and then they can attach the candy to it themselves. Candy crafts are always a great choice to keep your kids entertained. See more homemade Valentine gifts (delicious Peeps Hearts Candy Bouquet).

To make this Valentine's Day craft you will need: hard candy, red chenille wire, floral stem wire, narrow ribbon (red, pink, or white), and pliers. You can buy these materials in a craft store or even in Wal-Mart.

Valentine's Day craft - materials

Candy Hearts - Step 1. Take a piece of floral stem wire (16 ga or thicker; if you take thinner wire, use several pieces together to have a stronger heart frame). Bend the wire into a circle using pliers.
