Candy favors or chocolate favors are great for any special occasion. It is fairly safe to say that we all love candy. It is a well known fact that whenever anyone gives us candy, we tend to like that person. Most of us enjoy tasting something sweet in our everyday lives. It also makes us feel appreciated and special when we can give a simple treat to someone and we know they will like it. This can be to our close friends, or our family but it is also a very nice thing to offer wedding candy favors.

Candy Favor Ideas

1) Candy Bar Favors make highly personal favors people will love. Buy candy bars in miniature or standard size (for example, Hershey’s bars). Create and print your own candy bar wrappers using one of the graphic design programs, or buy pre-made templates online (they are cheap). Secure your wrappers around each candy bar using a glue stick.

2) Package candy pieces (for example, Hershey’s kisses) in favor bags or boxes for each guest. You can use simple clear cello bags tying them with beautiful ribbon. You can also print and add a personalized message to each candy favor bag.

3) Create a colorful Candy Buffet. Arrange various candy pieces in different types of containers. Add some flowers and ribbons for a festive look. Place favor boxes, bags, and candy scoops on the table so guests could fill bags with the candy they like.

Birthday Favors

Any kind of birthday party is a perfect occasion to give some party candy favors. Depending on whether this is for a child or an adult you can select types of candy that suits the style of party. When it comes time to celebrate the birthday of one of your family, you can make some chocolate favors. You can find chocolates in different shapes, or you could mould your own chocolate at home. It adds a nice touch to wrap the chocolate favors in some special gift wrapping paper that makes them look very stunning. Adding ribbons and bows all adds to the magic of chocolate favors.

As well as the chocolate favors you can also think about making some tiny cakes, bite sized, and wrap these nicely, and present these. Your family will be impressed! All it takes is a little bit of creativity, some time, some ideas to look at, and some love for the people you are making these for, and something very simple becomes something very beautiful and meaningful.
