How to wrap a candy bar with personalized candy wrappers
Here is a step by step tutorial on how to wrap a chocolate bar (Hersheys 1.55oz or Nestle Crunch 1.55oz candy bars) with personalized candy wrappers. The same principles apply to wrapping the miniature bars.

First, you will need to wrap a chocolate bar with foil. You can buy special candy wrapper foil or use aluminum foil which works just fine too. Remember to leave the original candy wrapper intact.
To make it easier to wrap the bar in foil, fold the ends of the Hersheys plastic wrapper over and tape them to the back.

Cut out 7.5 inches x 6 inches pieces of aluminum foil.
Lay the shiny side of the foil down. Place the candy bar face down on the foil.

-
Begin wrapping the bar with the foil.
a) Fold the foil over the chocolate bar on the right and left sides.

b) Fold the corners of the foil to make a triangular shaped angle. See the picture.

c) Fold the bottom and top parts of the foil as shown. Tape in place.

-
Print out your personalized wrapper on brochure paper or matte, satin, semi-gloss or gloss photo paper. Print size is 5.25" wide x 5.5" height (for Hersheys 1.55 oz bars).
The candy wrapper template is from http://www.photo-party-favors.com/. They have many cute custom candy wrappers for free.

-
Next, you will need a non-toxic glue stick or double sided tape.
Put your custom wrapper face down and lay your foiled wrapped chocolate bar on top of it.
Fold the bottom part of the wrapper and hold with your hand while placing a line of adhesive across the edge. Fold the top part of the wrapper, pull tightly and press onto the glued edge. Seal evenly.

Note: If you are planning to use this candy bar in a candy bouquet, you will need to be sure that your wrapper is secured tightly around the bar. In this case, I would recommend gluing the bottom part of the custom wrapper to the foil first and then gluing the ends of the wrapper to each other at the back.
You can skip wrapping in foil. You can simply wrap a chocolate bar with a personalized wrapper. The result is not as beautiful but it is faster.
