Party Food ideas - Vegetable Plate Decoration

Party food ideas: Step 1. Take a clean cucumber. Cut off a 3-4 inches piece. Split it as shown in the picture. Cut off a piece from one side.

Party food ideas: Step 2. Remove a layer of cucumber flesh with seeds.

Party food ideas: Step 3. With a sharp knife cut thin slices not cutting all the way through though.

Party food: Step 4. Press down with a knife to create a desired form.

Decorate the edge of a plate with the cucumber ‘fans’ alternating them with cherry tomatoes.
