Edible Creations How to: Edible Fruit Baskets

To make this edible centerpiece you will need: a pear shaped bowl, 1 lbs of red and 1 lbs of green grapes, 1 basket of strawberries, 1 seedless watermelon, 1 pineapple and 1 cantaloupe, cookie cutters (heart shaped, flower shaped, and a star shaped), and wooden skewers.

Cut the watermelon into slices and use the end cap inside the pear bowl to hold the skewers. Then use the cookie cutters to cut out the shapes from the watermelon slices and other fruit.

Cube up the leftover bits and pieces of each fruit except the strawberries and use that as filler salad in the bowl as well as a stabilizer for the skewers.
