Salad Decoration: Edible Flowers
This salad decoration is very easy to make. This food decoration is great for Mother’s Day meals. Salad decoration – step 1. Prepare potato salad or any other salad. Put it on a big plate. Sprinkle grated boiled egg whites along the edges of the salad. Salad decoration – step 2. Sprinkle grated egg yolks over the top of the salad leaving the edges uncovered. Salad decoration – step 3. Sprinkle grated boiled egg whites or shredded white cheese along the edges of the salad. Step 4. Grate boiled egg whites. Divide the grated whites into two parts. Color one part with beet juice. Although the beet juice is red, it turns egg whites into a beautiful lilac color. Step 5. Arrange bunches of white and lilac colored egg whites on top of the salad. They will be decorative flowers.
